Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end software solutions across a wide range of domains. • This role involves overseeing the development of both frontend and backend systems, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and high performance across all projects. • In addition to technical responsibilities, candidate should mentor a team of two developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. • Manage task assignments, conduct code reviews, and provide strategic technical guidance to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business objectives and user requirements. • Work spans beyond specific application types, encompassing enterprise systems, APIs, and complex software architectures. • Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical strategies, and deliver impactful solutions. • Also focused on addressing technical challenges, optimizing system performance, and ensuring long-term stability and scalability, while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
