Senior Tableau Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Tableau Engineer with strong background in data analysis, SQL, and Tableau, ETL, BI/DW

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain high-visibility Tableau reports that meet business requirements and deliver actionable insights. • Develop and maintain complex data models, data sources, and data connections in Tableau to ensure seamless data integration and analysis. • Leverage SQL skills to reduce technical debt, optimize data performance, and ensure data accuracy. • Work closely with the Data Engineering team to design and implement data pipelines, data warehouses, and other data infrastructure components. • Develop and execute test plans to ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity. • Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data visualization, and Tableau development. • Expert-level proficiency in Tableau, including data modeling, data connections, and data visualization. • Strong understanding of SQL and data warehousing concepts. • Experience working with data engineering teams to design and implement data pipelines and data warehouses. • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems • Strong reconciliation skills, with the ability to execute test plans and ensure data quality.
