Responsibilities
• Role will be responsible to review IT Change Requests to ensure all IT changes have adhered to the defined IT Change Management processes and policies before being approved for implementation and that all post deployment activities have been identified • This team approves all changes going into production • This team has to be part of all P1 and P2 calls and provide list of all chnages happened in past 24 hours • Job description o Close interaction with Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management and Configuration Management will be required o IT Service Management (ITSM) experience is a must - preferably IT Change Management o Strong analytical and communication skills are required o ITIL certification is a plus o Experience with process, policy and metric development is a plus o Experience with IT Release Management, Incident Management, Problem Management and Configuration Management including software delivery lifecycles is a plus. Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
