Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electronic Engineering or a directly related field plus four (4) years of experience in a senior leadership role overseeing global delivery operations. Experience must include: Four (4) Years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently): • Developing and implementing global delivery strategies for multi domains. • Developing applications utilizing the latest Java/J2EE frameworks, SQL Server • Managing the project to adhere to various Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile Scrum and Kanban • Ensuring that the team adheres to software standards regarding unit test coverage, WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative) standards, and automation scores. • Front technologies like Java Script, Angular 2+. • Building microservice and micro front end applications. • Proficient in handling legacy systems and maintenance for Java based applications. Three (3) Years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently): • Facilitating organic growth and concurrently constructing tools to support this process. • Industry best practices and emerging trends in global delivery. • Heading the Health Care domain teams Two (2) Years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently): • Reporting Frameworks like Power BI or Dom • Experience working on Cloud Systems like AWS, Azure 40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm. Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive global delivery strategy aligned with the overall business objectives for the organization.
• Collaborate with C level leadership to define and implement delivery models that enhance efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring high-quality and throughput for timely delivery of products or services.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery processes and meet or exceed performance metrics.
• Build strong client relationships by consistently delivering value and exceeding client expectations.
• Build and lead a high-performing global delivery team, providing strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the delivery organization.
• Effectively manage and allocate resources to meet project demands and timelines.
• Implement resource optimization to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency in global delivery operations.
• Establish and maintain robust QA processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to measure and improve delivery performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with delivery operations.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure project success and client satisfaction. Will supervise team of direct reports.
