Responsibilities
• Key Responsibilities: Process Documentation: Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive documentation of our quality processes, including but not limited to: Software development life cycle (SDLC) Testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) Quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes Defect management and tracking Continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Software Quality Engineering Team to identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to implement changes.
Process Standardization: Ensure that our quality processes are standardized across the organization, promoting consistency and efficiency.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on our quality processes, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.
Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of our quality processes, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
Compliance: Ensure that our quality processes comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Knowledge Management: Maintain a centralized knowledge base of our quality processes, ensuring that knowledge is shared across the organization.
Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in software quality engineering, process improvement, or a related field. Skills: Excellent documentation and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Proficiency in quality assurance and quality control processes Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, CMMI) Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
