We are seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java programming language. As an Automation QA Engineer, you will be responsible for automating testing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that software meets the required quality standards.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts using Java programming language and Selenium WebDriver
• Automate testing processes for web applications using Selenium WebDriver and its ecosystem
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using JUnit and TestNG testing frameworks
• Create and maintain test scripts, test data, and test environments
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for API, database, and microservices testing
• Identify and report defects found during automated testing
• Collaborate with development team to ensure automated testing is aligned with development processes
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and technologies
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in automated testing frameworks
• Collaborate with development team to ensure automated testing is integrated with CI/CD pipelines
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for Rest API testing using Java and Selenium
Requirements
• 7-10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation testing
• Proficiency in Java programming language
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver and its ecosystem
• Knowledge of JUnit and TestNG testing frameworks
• Familiarity with test automation tools, such as TestNG, Cucumber, or Appium
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies
• Experience with Rest API testing using Java and Selenium
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Familiarity with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
