We are looking for a Hybrid QA Engineer with hands on experience in Manual and Automation Testing, web, selenium.
Responsibilities
• Ensures product documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with product functionality, ensuring seamless user experience and reduced support queries.
• Monitors and verifies that quality activities are in line with established control procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Compiles, analyzes, and distributes performance reports and process control statistics to stakeholders, providing actionable insights to drive business growth and improvement.
• Maintains and disseminates defect documentation and logs, tracking and resolving issues efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Executes test cases as per the test plan, ensuring comprehensive testing and validation of software products to meet quality and functionality standards.
• Participates in test case reviews, providing constructive feedback and recommendations to improve test case quality and efficiency.
• Assists in test data preparation, ensuring timely and accurate data is available for testing, reducing delays and improving test efficiency.
• Leverages basic automation knowledge to streamline testing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual errors, ensuring high-quality results with minimal effort.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manual QA engineering, with knowledge in automation testing.
• Attention to detail, ensuring thorough testing and high-quality results.
• Ability to analyze test results and identify trends.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on working effectively with cross-functional teams.
