Responsibilities
• Design and develop high-quality ServiceNow applications
• Develop and maintain HRSD and Portal applications
• Integrate HRSD and Portal with other ServiceNow modules
• Ensure applications meet business requirements and compliance standards
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Share knowledge and expertise with team members
