Software Analyst

Responsibilities

• ValueLabsGlobal Solutions Pte ltd is seeking a Software Analyst: • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts. • Analyze and validate business needs to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. • Develop and maintain business cases, feasibility studies, and other relevant documentation. • Design and develop software solutions using various programming languages, frameworks, and tools. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure. • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and other quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality deliverables. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines. • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and quality assurance teams. • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and status reports. • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in software development. • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and other stakeholders. • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and other technical meetings. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. • Collaborate with the Global Mobility team to ensure that software solutions align with international laws, policies, and regulations.
