Technical Project Manager (Proficiency – French Language)

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership:
– Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, and deployment of software applications using the Android, React.JS & Node.js Stack.
– Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
– Collaborate with other technical leaders to develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps.

• Project Management:
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
– Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
– Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
– Identify opportunities for business and work closely with leadership to convert the opportunities into revenue

• Technical Architecture:
– Design and implement technical architectures for software applications (front end & Back end) using Android IDE and integrations of front end framework using react.js and server side using react.js.
– Ensure that technical architectures align with company goals and objectives.
– Collaborate with other technical leaders to develop and implement technical standards and best practices.

• Collaboration and Communication:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and operations.
– Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including product managers and executives.
– Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Technical Skills:
– Proficient in Mobility technologies and experience in development of Android applications for Android Native devices
– Experience with integration of front end framework using react.js and server side integration with Node.js

• People Management:
– Recruit, hire, and train software engineers to join the team.
– Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
– Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills and knowledge.

• Continuous Improvement:
– Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the Android environment.
– Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
– Collaborate with other technical leaders to develop and implement technical standards and best practices.
